What we build
shapes who
we become.

I’m Priyanka. I build research, tools and ideas around one question: how can progress uphold human dignity, expand agency and enable flourishing?

The heart of the work

Progress begins
with people.

My projects explore different parts of the same inquiry: how human intention becomes the technologies, institutions and systems we live inside.

The foundation

Dignity

Every person has worth beyond productivity or purchasing power.

The power we retain

Agency

Meaningful voice, choice and influence over what shapes our lives.

The possibility we expand

Flourishing

Conditions in which people and communities can live and grow well.

03 / The person behind the work

A strategist’s perspective.
A builder’s curiosity.
A human question.

“Amplifying humanity.
De-weaponizing progress.”

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, innovation and the human consequences of technology. Alongside my professional work at HCLTech, I am developing an independent body of applications and research through Conscious Innovation.

I’m becoming a researcher-builder: investigating how innovation can uphold human dignity, and turning that inquiry into frameworks, tools and conversations about the futures we choose.

Painting, writing and photography are also part of how I observe the world. The curiosity behind this work is both analytical and creative. Explore my paintings at Rainbow by the Rain ↓

Ideas taking shape

Other ways the world
could work.

Alongside my applications and papers, I’m developing concepts for cooperation, contribution and participation. These are open inquiries, with room for collaborators to help shape what comes next.

Global Resonance Framework

How might human systems cooperate more consciously?

A conceptual inquiry into alignment across communities, culture, governance and technology.

Explore the concept

Proposed approach

Explore shared priorities, sources of friction and opportunities for cooperation across systems.

Illustrative inquiry: how could communities with different priorities identify a shared goal without erasing their differences?

Bright Web Economy

What if contribution counted beyond money?

An alternative economic vision that recognizes skills, time and contribution as sources of value.

Explore the concept

Proposed approach

Explore ways people could exchange capabilities and contribute to shared needs, with reciprocity and access at the center.

Illustrative scenario: a community connects people who can teach, design or advise with others who can contribute a different skill in return.

Build Forward Calculator

Can the value of support be passed forward?

A proposed time–skill exchange mechanism within the broader alternative-economy inquiry.

Explore the concept

Proposed approach

Translate an agreed consulting value into an equivalent commitment of skilled contribution. Participants could direct that contribution toward voluntarily chosen shared problems.

Illustrative scenario: someone receives consulting support, then commits an agreed amount of their own skilled work to a community project.

How could we account for value that money misses?

A developing concept for considering human, social and planetary value alongside financial value.

Explore the concept

Proposed approach

Explore a multidimensional assessment of contribution and impact. Indicators and validation remain questions for further research.

Illustrative inquiry: how should a project’s financial return be considered alongside community capability, access and environmental effects?

How might participation extend beyond borders?

A conceptual exploration of representation, belonging and participation beyond conventional geographic boundaries.

My role · Artist, product owner & experience designer

Preserving meaning from intent to interaction.

I do context engineering: translating spoken memories and creative intent into structured story specifications, scene sequences, constraints and acceptance criteria. I own the vision, priorities and final acceptance. Emergent provides the orchestration environment coordinating planning, full-stack implementation, developer testing, independent AI QA and generative imagery.

Context engineering

Translate voice-note stories into scene briefs and journeys. Preserve painting titles, emotional context and artistic intent across iterations, with explicit rules such as keeping captions outside the artwork.

Multi-agent orchestration

Direct delivery through an AI orchestrator, full-stack builder, testing sub-agents and separate QA agent. Move requirements into builder briefs; turn findings into targeted fixes and regression checks. My role is product direction and acceptance within this workflow.

Technical product judgment

Define scope, priorities and acceptance gates. Choose browser-rendered animation over proposed AI video to balance loading performance, cost and experience quality. Carry the product from an ambiguous creative intention through phased delivery.

Multimodal experience design

Connect voice-led story development, original paintings, generated supporting scenes and browser-rendered animation into coherent journeys. Shape the sequence of atmosphere, discovery and artwork reveal; refine navigation and interaction on real devices.

Evaluation & release governance

Assess functional correctness alongside narrative fidelity, cultural accuracy, visual coherence and interaction quality. Combine independent AI QA, frame-by-frame visual review, regression checks and my real-device acceptance testing. A technically functioning output can still fail the intended experience.

Creative authorship

The paintings, personal memories and creative direction are mine. Generated scenes extend the world around the artwork; the original paintings remain unchanged. I challenge interpretations that lose emotional or cultural meaning and decide what reaches the visitor.

The gallery and its companion scrapbook show two applications of this practice: immersive, story-first journeys and a playful illustrated book. AI-native describes the creation workflow; Emergent supplies the underlying agent infrastructure.

The mission, made tangible

Conscious Innovation, in practice.

Rainbow by the Rain explores how AI can amplify human expression. I began with my paintings and the lived experiences behind them, then directed an AI-assisted workflow to make those stories explorable. Context engineering carried the intent into specifications; evaluation tested whether the experience retained its emotional and cultural meaning.

This is the question connecting my wider work: how can technological possibility serve what people value? Through the AI Orientation Observatory, I examine the direction of innovation. Through my frameworks, I develop ways to assess it. Through projects like this, I put that intention into practice—using AI to expand what a person can create and share.

What moves me

What are we making possible?
And for whom?

I’m drawn to possibility: an idea that opens another door, a question that changes how we see, a painting that becomes somewhere to wander. Across strategy, research, technology and art, I keep coming back to what we could create—and how it might make life better for people.

I follow the question.

What else could this become? I like finding connections across disciplines, questioning what we take for granted, and giving an unexpected idea room to grow.

I care where progress takes us.

Capability excites me. So does asking who it serves, what it encourages, and what it means for the people living with it. That curiosity is at the heart of Conscious Innovation.

I want ideas to become something we can experience.

A framework to explore. A tool to try. A gallery to wander through. Making lets me share an idea, discover what resonates, and keep learning from the people who encounter it.
